We work with local management companies and our own appointed house keeping teams to provide the highest level of support during your stay. How we work:

Book on-line Many of our properties are exclusive to our agency and can be reserved directly on-line. No more double bookings, a frequent problem when booking directly with the owner. There is a secure customer login to the site, so that you can check on your booking and see when the balance for your holiday rental is due, as well as find out information relating to your stay, such as the exact location of the property and the address. There are also special offers on items such as car hire, tennis coaching, restaurants or boat charter. You will also be able to find out about local fiestas.

Some properties are listed directly by the owner's management company. In these cases you can file a booking request on line and our automated system will check live availability. You will then receive an email with a link to our reservation site inviting you to make the booking. Once reserved, the property becomes booked and taken off the availability register when the deposit has been received. Paying for your villa rental: In order to offer the best possible prices all payments must be made in Euros. When making a booking a small charge is made by the credit card company to cover exchange rate conversion. However, significant savings are passed on to the booker, as the owner is no longer required to absorb exchange rate risk. The balance can be paid via a bank transfer or on-line via credit card.
