Built in the traditional Valencian style with rustic beams and arches, with the reception opening through to the living room, dining room and study. There can be no better place to enjoy a candle lit meal or glass of wine whilst relaxing after a hot day on the sandy beaches of this attractive resort.

All properties have a start Saturday start date during Peak and High season. A welcome pack of provisions is included free of charge, unless the booking is being made available at a discounted rate. Rental charges provide for the cleaning prior to arrival only. To ensure that the property can be prepared in time for the next client please leave the property as you would expect to find it. Check in time after 3:30pm, departure by 10:00am.

The Naya (shaded outside dining area) opens to the lounge which is full of rustic character and features an unusual oval shaped fireplace.

It has a feel of a traditional Spanish Finca with original stone walls and ornamental light fittings. Leading from this room there is an indoor dining area and a well appointed kitchen with granite work tops, complementing the clean lines of the beechwood doors and storage cupboards. There is also a laundry room.

The spacious master bedroom has a balcony with sea views, air-conditioning and en suite shower room. Leading off from the reception are two other spacious double bedrooms, each with AC and en-suite bathroom.

All of the bedrooms are furnished in the Mediterranean style, each one having a special character, being tastefully decorated with pretty wall prints, mirrors and cane furniture.

Outside there is a BBQ, sun terrace and off street secure parking for two vehicles.The gardens are typically Spanish, with colourful bougainvillaea and vines..A spiral staircase leads to a fantastic roof terrace, with panoramic views of the bay and surrounding countryside.
