The apartment is fully air conditioned and has its own sun terrace with views towards the countryside and hills of Javea.
This is a great place to dine alfresco or relax with a good book and a glass of wine. The apartment is very private, as is the whole development, set as it is in beautiful landscaped parkland.

All properties have a start Saturday start date during Peak and High season. A welcome pack of provisions is included free of charge, unless the booking is being made available at a discounted rate. Rental charges provide for the cleaning prior to arrival only. To ensure that the property can be prepared in time for the next client please leave the property as you would expect to find it. Check in time after 3:30pm, departure by 10:00am.Additional Information:
There is a large pool which can only be accessed by residents, as well as a splash pool and pretty gardens with sun terraces, shaded by tall palms.The master bedroom opens to the balcony terrace and has an ensuite bathroom.The second twin bed bedroom has views out over the park and ornamental fountains.
There is a third smaller bedroom which can sleep 2 children. All bedrooms have generous wardrobes.There is also a second toilet and shower. There is a well appointed kitchen, with granite work surfaces and a comfortable lounge with seating for six. The site has 24 hour security secure entry systems and underground parking.

How to book:
Reservations can be made by clicking the "reserve on-line links" at the top of the the page or from the "Check Availability" links on the price chart.After providing a few details you will receive a confirmation email. The booking will be confirmed when 30% of the total rental has been received. The balance together with a refundable deposit of 500€ for villas, or 200€ for apartments must be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of your stay. If a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. The inventory deposit is returned by transfer after final inspection,within 14 days of departure.
