Our traditional Spanish Finca (Farmhouse sleeps 6) recently refurbished, is peacefully situated between the coastal towns of Denia and Javea and only 10 mins by car from the glorious golden sands of Javea. Surrounded by Orange and Almond groves, the property enjoys safe enclosed gardens (perfect for children) where the geraniums and bougainvillea bloom all year round.

Notes to rates:

All properties have a start Saturday start date during Peak and High season. A welcome pack of provisions is included free of charge, unless the booking is being made available at a discounted rate. Rental charges provide for the cleaning prior to arrival only. To ensure that the property can be prepared in time for the next client please leave the property as you would expect to find it. Check in time after 3:30pm, departure by 10:00am.

Descrip part 2Its South facing Nayas (covered terraces) overlook the swimming pool. The Finca comes with Complimentary Wireless internet for use with your laptop, games console and dvd player. Tennis is available next door at 5€ an hour rackets provided. The breathtaking countryside can easily be explored on foot from the door with the Monto National Park just accross the road.

How to book:

Reservations can be made by clicking the "reserve on-line links" at the top of the the page or from the "Check Availability" links on the price chart.

After providing a few details you will receive a confirmation email. The booking will be confirmed when 30% of the total rental has been received. The balance together with a refundable deposit of 500€ for villas, or 200€ for apartments must be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of your stay. If a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. The inventory deposit is returned by transfer after final inspection,within 14 days of departure.
