All properties have a start Saturday start date during Peak and High season. A welcome pack of provisions is included free of charge, unless the booking is being made available at a discounted rate. Rental charges provide for the cleaning prior to arrival only. To ensure that the property can be prepared in time for the next client please leave the property as you would expect to find it. This is an ideal property for a family holiday or a getaway break with a group of friends. Facilities include wide screen tv, table tennis and near by golf. Sleeping accommodation consists of 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with bunk beds. There is off street secure parking for a number of vehicles.*Please note there is an air-conditioning supplement of 140Euros p/week during July and August

How to book:
Reservations can be made by clicking the "reserve on-line links" at the top of the the page or from the "Check Availability" links on the price chart.After providing a few details you will receive a confirmation email. The booking will be confirmed when 30% of the total rental has been received. The balance together with a refundable deposit of 500€ for villas, or 200€ for apartments must be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of your stay. If a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. The inventory deposit is returned by transfer after final inspection,within 14 days of departure.
*Payments for this property must be made in Euros. Sterling prices shown for comparison only and based on the European Central Bank daily exchange rate of 0.791
