Rental charges provide for the cleaning prior to arrival only. To ensure that the property can be prepared in time for the next client please leave the property as you would expect to find it. There is a large community pools for residents use only and superb mature gardens. Only 50 metres from bar, restaurants, tennis club, horse riding, chemist & supermarket. Allocated parking. How to book:
Reservations can be made by clicking the "reserve on-line links" at the top of the the page or from the "Check Availability" links on the price chart.After providing a few details you will receive a confirmation email. The booking will be confirmed when 30% of the total rental has been received. The balance together with a refundable deposit of 500€ for villas, or 200€ for apartments must be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of your stay. If a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. The inventory deposit is returned by transfer after final inspection,within 14 days of departure.
