Property Description:
This pretty little rustic finca (Spanish farm cottage) takes its name from the Valencian language meaning house of the vineyards. Located within walking distance to the town square of Teulada and a 10 minute drive away from the beach resort of Moraira. The finca is in an ideal location to enjoy the tranquility of a rural setting and yet close enough to the cafes and bars of Teulada not to feel too isolated. The property is set out on one level and enjoys spectacular views towards the Montgo and mountains of the Gata Gorge. A short walk from the property is the Teulada railway station, a quaint stop on the Costa Blanca branch line (now the Alicante Tramway).Accommodation
The reception area decorated in the traditional style opens through an arch to the main living room and lounge/diner. The main sitting room is constructed with traditional beams and has a high ceiling with a minstrels gallery (formerly an old hay loft). The room has a large fireplace with wood burner and traditional quarry stone floor tiles. There are three double bedrooms, each with air conditioning.

All properties have a start Saturday start date during Peak and High season. A welcome pack of provisions is included free of charge, unless the booking is being made available at a discounted rate. Rental charges provide for the cleaning prior to arrival only. To ensure that the property can be prepared in time for the next client please leave the property as you would expect to find it. Outside
The property can be found at the end of a private track which opens out to the main parking area. There is a swimming pool, pretty tropical gardens, with views towards the town over the surrounding vineyards. French doors open out from the living room to a pretty walled courtyard which is shaded by a large leafy apricot tree. The main terrace has a barbeque area and a vine shaded path which leads off to a hidden secret garden.
Following down the path known as the Monks Walk you will find a great little private swimming pool and sun terrace. A little gate at the end of the garden gives a tantalising glimpse through to the fincas vineyard, which has now been replanted with Olive and Almond trees. The property has A/C and oil-fired central heating.

How to book:
Reservations can be made by clicking the "reserve on-line links" at the top of the the page or from the "Check Availability" links on the price chart.After providing a few details you will receive a confirmation email. The booking will be confirmed when 30% of the total rental has been received. The balance together with a refundable deposit of 500€ for villas, or 200€ for apartments must be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of your stay. If a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. The inventory deposit is returned by transfer after final inspection,within 14 days of departure.
