This family sized villa with private pool is set out on two levels. The top level has three bedrooms; kitchen; lounge; dining terrace with sea views; two bathrooms and shaded terrace. The lower level has a master bedroom with en-suite; a twin bedroom; separate bathroom; utility room; kitchen and lounge plus dining area.

The lounge and bedroom doors open on to the terrace, with table, chairs and barbecue. This overlooks the swimming pool with shower, sun loungers, tables, chairs and umbrellas. There is also a roof terrace (solarium) with magnificent views across Javea.

The villa has sea views towards the Cap de San Antonio and is situated in a semi-residential area. It is only a few minutes drive from a beautiful sandy beach and the many restaurants, bars and cafes of the Arenal. There is a choice of golf courses within 20 minutes and the area is excellent for walking.

With two lounges, two kitchens and a choice of eating areas, this villa has double the normal amenities. Visitors can relax by the pool or visit the nearby sandy arenal beach. There are many places to visit along the coast including the historic old town and port areas of Javea.

The booking will then be confirmed when the requested booking deposit has been received. The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of your stay. If a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
